General Rental Terms
1. For Hourly & Daily Rentals:
To proceed with the rental process:
- You must be 25 years of age or older (Exemptions available).
- US DRIVERS:
- All drivers must hold Valid Driver’s license for minimum of 2 years, Current Full coverage Auto insurance declaration page for US residents (**see below)
- Insurance Requirements: Each driver is required to provide their own car insurance that covers any liability claim up to $100k/$300k/$50k and has full comprehensive & collision coverage with a maximum of $2,000 deductible. If it is not at that limit, you agree to make the adjustments before renting the vehicle.
- Must have Valid major credit card on Renter’s name.
- You must arrive at the pick-up location minimum 20 minutes before your reservation time to sign, present all the required documentation and do the walkthrough of your rental vehicle.
- For deliveries of rental vehicles, all necessary rental agreements and waivers must be signed and full payment to be made in advance to finalize your booking. You are still required to present required original documents on day of your reservation when picking up the vehicle before the walkthrough.
- A security deposit will be taken on the day of the Rental via major Credit Card matching Renter’s name. Please ensure that your credit card has the available amount to be taken for hold. The security deposit amount will vary based on the specific rental car selected, duration of the rental ($1000-$3000). Without a security deposit, rental cannot be provided to you & Majestic Roars Group will keep up to one day of the paid rental as penalization. The security deposit will be refunded within 24-72 hours after the car has been inspected by the Majestic Roars Group. Any deductions will be taken accordingly from this amount.
- Fuel is not included in the price of rental and any additional miles must be pre-purchased before the handover in order to avoid extra charges. Upgrades are available for pre-purchase.
- Adult participants shorter 5’ or taller than approx., 6’ 7” and /or weighing more than 300 lbs may have difficulty being accommodated for, BUT we always try to make sure everyone who wants to drive can.

2. For Test Drive Experiences, Experience Packs & Road Routes:
To proceed with experience as a driver:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- If you are younger than 21 then you can enjoy the experience as a co-pilot. All passengers must be 8 or older.
- You must have a Valid US Driver’s License that has been valid for more than 2 years.
- Insurance Requirements: Driver is required to provide their own car insurance that has a full comprehensive & collision coverage with a maximum of $1,000 deductible.
- Security holding deposit $500-$1000 will be placed on your card for the duration of the experience. This will be unblocked as soon as the car has safely returned with you inside.
- Must have Valid major credit card on Renter’s name.
- You must have original documents (Valid Driver’s License, Major Credit Card) present at the time of experience.
- Any medical condition or disability that could affect your ability to participate in the experience must be disclosed when booking. Epilepsy, respiratory or heart conditions must be disclosed before commencing the activity.
- You must arrive 15 minutes before your experience to sign and present all required documentation.
- You will have a professional instructor/guide with you who sits in the front seat, next to you.
- Denver has around 365 days of good weather: dry, sunny and perfect for driving. However, when it’s too dangerous to drive we will either change the activity date or refund 100% of the activity cost for the driving experience. Any third-party activity purchased is not subject to the same policy.
Online Payments
- For experiences & other services, full amount will be charged for booking to complete the reservation. The total amount will be detailed at the time of payment depending on services selected.
- Majestic Roars Gift Vouchers can be used to pay for experiences, rentals and other services offered. Gifts will only be used as form of payment to cover the service costs; minimum requirements still apply to rent our vehicles whether hourly, daily or experiences.
Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
We know things do not always go according to the plan. No matter the situation, we will do our best to make sure the experience takes place. We will work with you or directly with the client to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Reservation Changes:
- Cancellations & Refunds:
- 15 days prior to the reservation you will receive 100% refund.
- 7 days prior to the reservation, 50% of paid amount refund
- 48 hours prior to the reservation, 30% of paid amount refund
- 48 hours within the reservation, there will be NO refunds provided.
